Family Composite

The Family Composite screen is central to viewing and changing member information. From this screen you can:

  1. View contract language information by selecting the Contract Language link in the upper right corner.
  2. View which Plan insures the family.
  3. View client and subclient names by moving your cursor over the client and subclient numbers.
  4. View the Member Name, SSN, and Address.
  5. Determine if coordination of benefits within the same client and/or with other clients is allowed, and whether COB information is tracked about the members.
  6. View the Product that the family is covered under.
  7. Select the member's Coverage Type to view additional coverage type information including coverage type history.
  8. Select a member's Name to view additional information for that member.
  9. Select a member's Eligibility Status to view additional status information including effective dates, status, status reason, and whether or not the member is exempt from waiting periods.
  1. Select a member's Special Attribute, if any, to view additional identifying information for that member.
  2. Select the member's Coverage Type to view the Coverage Composite Report screen.
  3. Select the Update button under the Options column to update member information.
  4. Select New Member Search to perform a new search for a member.
  5. Select Member Composite to return to the Member Composite screen. If the member has more than one enrollment, this link appears.
  6. Select Print Card to print an identification card on your printer. If the member is active, this link appears.
  7. Select Transfer to transfer a member to a different client or subclient. If you have update access, this link will appear.
  8. Select Copy to copy subscriber and dependent information to another client or subclient. If you have update access, this link will appear.
  9. Select Add dependent to add a new dependent. If the member has a current enrollment, this link will appear.
