Payment Account Statement
The Payment Account Statement screen allows you to search and view payments on your account for the previous 12 months. Access the screen by selecting from the menu. You can:
- Search by Date Range
- Search By A Specific Year
Search by Date Range
- Enter a Start Date (required). If you want to view statements for a specific time period, enter an End Date. Otherwise the results will include everything from the start date to the current month. Select Search.
- The results are listed at the bottom of the screen. They include:
- Date — the date the invoice was created or payment was received
- Transaction # — displays the identification number of the payment or invoice
- Transaction Description — displays the type of transaction that occurred (e.g., invoice, credit card payment, EFT payment)
- (+) Account Debit — displays the amount owed on the account
- (-) Account Credit — displays the amount credited towards the account
- Totals — displays the total amount of monies owed and credited on the account
Search By A Specific Year
- Enter a Year from the drop-down menu (at this time the search function only goes back to 2010).
- The results are listed at the bottom of the screen. They include:
- Date — the date the invoice was created or payment was received
- Transaction # — displays the identification number of the payment or invoice
- Transaction Description — displays the type of transaction that occurred (e.g., invoice, credit card payment, EFT payment)
- (+) Account Debit — displays the amount owed on the account
- (-) Account Credit — displays the amount credited towards the account

Printing a copy of your statement
- Above the statement results window there is a message about opening a print friendly window. Select the link.
- A new window opens displaying the information on the statement. Select Print. The data is sent to the printer.
How to submit your queries or questions online
- At the bottom of the Payment Account Statement screen there is a statement about submitting your questions or queries. Select the link.
- The Privacy Act Statement window opens. After reading the statement, select the I have read the Privacy Act Statement button.
- Another window opens the Online Customer Service Inquiry Form screen. Enter all pertinent information and select Submit.
- A message appears confirming the inquiry was received. You will receive an email response acknowledging your submission.
