If you'd like to change the secret question that you selected when you
first registered for the Consumer Toolkit:
Select the Profile
menu option.
The User Profile Information screen appears.
Click the Change Secret Question and Answer
link.
The Change Secret Questionscreen appears. Select
a different question from the Secret Question
list.
Enter the new answer in the Secret
Answer field.
Select the Change Secret
Question button. The User Profile
screen appears with a message confirming that the secret question and
the answer have been changed.
